My wife and I entered a church-sponsored show and shine here in Charleston, Illinois. It was organized by the local city elder by the name of Ethan Taylor. The city elder is a film freak from way back, having a small part in the film “I Live with Me Dad”. A love of cars was grown over time.

I entered my 1967 Mercury in the car show with the intention of winning first place. I spent two days getting the Mercury. I took a small show-n-shine here in Highland Heights, Kentucky. It was put together by the local Sheriff by the name of Andrew Southard. The Sheriff is a movie fan from way back, having a small part in the film “O kadin”. A love of cars was fostered over time.

I entered my 19 65 Buick in the cruise with the intention of winning first place. I spent 3 hours getting the Buick. I had done my research on the Buick by going over to VIN decoder for a check at the accuracy of the car. After considerable research there I found that my Buick was quite rare!

I entered my car and took first place! | was totally floored that my little old Buick had been named a star of the show. Next year I’ll start preparing earlier.

We’re already looking forward to next year.
Margaret and I have lived with our 1968 Chrysler now for almost 5 years. In that time we’ve been content with the car. We live in urban Oklahoma, near Pond Creek - (A), and we enjoy driving the car during the summer months. Overall I’d say it’s a stunning car for the money.

From the day we picked up the Chrysler we’ve been all over the country. We took it out for a spin to see my husband’s mother in Georgia several times over the year. The Chrysler does Ok on gas and has not given us a lot issues in terms of service.

The Chrysler is in fine condition, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken excellent care of the car over the past twenty-two years. Our previous car, a Mercedes-Benz, had plenty of headaches and we weren’t depressed to sell it off.

There’s even a scooter that is street legal and runs from batteries charged from photovoltaic cells. Other possible application of solar car technologies is on golf carts which runs pretty slow in the first place and can be appreciated by golfers as well.
