My wife and I Entered the 1959 Chevy in a Regional Competition and Had a Good Time

I entered a church-sponsored show and shine here in Watford City, North Dakota. It was organized by the local Fire Marshal by the name of Charlene McCormick. The Fire Marshal is a film freak from way back, having a small part in the film “Qatil”. A love of cars was grown slowly.

I entered my 1959 Chevy in the show ‘n shine with the desire of taking home a prize. I spent countless hours getting the Chevy. I had done my car history search on the Chevy by going over to VIN checker for a check at the accuracy of the car. Because of the detailed data there I found that my Chevy was very rare!

I entered my car and took first place! | was totally floored that my little old Chevy drew so much attention. Next year I might go for a national championship.
